(9) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment B to the Public Assistance Grant with the <br /> Washington State Military Department and the Federal Emergency Management Agency for <br /> the January 6-16, 2009, flood event <br /> (10) Adopt Resolution No. finding a substantial need for using the 101% limit factor under <br /> Chapter 84.55 RCW with regard to the levying of general and emergency services property <br /> taxes and authorizing the same <br /> PUBLIC HEARING: <br /> (11) CB 0910-35 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance levying the general <br /> taxes for the City of Everett for fiscal year commencing January 1, 2010, on all taxable <br /> property, both real and personal, subject to taxation thereon, for the purpose of raising a <br /> portion of the revenue to carry on City operations for the ensuing year, as required by the <br /> Charter of the City of Everett and the laws of the State of Washington <br /> PROPOSED ORDINANCES: <br /> (12) CB 0910-36 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance rezoning property at 12728 19th <br /> Avenue SE from R-2 to C-1 (3rd and final reading and public hearing on 11-4-09) <br /> PUBLIC HEARING: 2010 BUDGET HEARINGS — 1st Hearing.
