Meet with staff to discuss project schedule, communication, public process, etc. <br /> b. Receive base GIS data from the City. Prepare base maps. Review existing documents <br /> (e.g., Comprehensive Plan). <br /> c. Conduct a market survey to determine the general market for various use types, land <br /> values, and development trends and opportunities. <br /> d. Identify sites with redevelopment opportunities. <br /> e. Review examples of other corridor redevelopment efforts and evaluate their <br /> effectiveness in terms of improvement costs, land values, revenues, social conditions, <br /> aesthetics, and other objectives. <br /> f. Obtain relevant transportation information and meet with staff and agencies to frame <br /> transportation issues. Review transit agency plans and meet with transit agency staff as <br /> directed by the City. <br /> g. Brief Planning Commission and/or City Council members. <br /> h. Conduct a field inventory of physical conditions. <br /> i.
