The load is based on <br /> the 2015 IBC. The review and design information provided in this letter is limited to the walkway <br /> framing to post connection and guardrail to post connection only. All other connections, lateral <br /> restraint, and gravity restraint is by others. Proper lateral connections between the walkway and <br /> building shall be provided and is the responsibility of others. <br /> The contractor is responsible for identifying all rot damage. Shoring and the construction <br /> sequence is the responsibility of the contractor. Any deviations from the conditions described <br /> above shall be reported to the engineer.
