The permit application indicates that unit(s) will be added or replaced. Please identify on the <br /> drawings the weight and location of both the new unit and the existing unit to be replaced, both <br /> on building plans and an equipment schedule. <br /> Structural <br /> 1. Please provide stamped structural verification by a Washington State licensed professional <br /> engineer that the new equipment can be supported by the existing building structure. This <br /> should include detailing of structural revisions where required to support the new equipment. <br /> Mechanical <br /> 1. Please submit manufacturer's documentation indicating that the new mechanical units comply <br /> with the minimum efficiency, humidification, fault detection and diagnostics, for required <br /> economizers per WSEC C101.4.3.2, C403.2.3.4, C403.2.4.7, and Table C403.2.3(9). <br /> 2. Please identify the weight, fuel source, CFM, economizers, and other relevant information on the <br /> equipment schedule on the plans. <br /> Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will <br /> recommence. Applicable codes include the 2015 International Building Code, the 2015 International Fire <br /> Code, the 2015 International Mechanical Code, and the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC) as <br /> amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. Revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning, or Fire).
