The current contract expires December 31, 2009. Public Works <br />requires the consultant's continued services for these projects through December 31, 2010. The current <br />contract has adequate funding for these purposes and requires no additional budget at this time. <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the February 2008 Professional Services Agreement with <br />JacKaren Consulting, LLC to provide continued construction administration services for the Water Filtration <br />Plant and the Water Pollution Control Facility through December 31, 2010. <br />17 <br />
