June 24, 2015 <br />REEMENT — GRAND AVENUE PARK PEDESTRIAN AND UTILITY <br />BRIDGE PROJECT <br />Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council <br />Member Gipson, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Amendment to <br />Right of Entry Agreement with the Port of Everett to install <br />monitoring wells for Grand Avenue Park Pedestrian and Utility <br />Bridge Project. <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br />Members Roberts, Murphy, and Tuohy who were excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />RESOLUTION — RECOVERY OF ABATEMENT COSTS <br />Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br />Stonecipher, to. adopt Resolution No. 6869 authorizing recovery of <br />abatement costs pursuant to EMC 1.20.090 at 1215 Everett Avenue, <br />Everett, Washington, in the amount of $893.12. <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br />Members Roberts, Murphy, and Tuohy who were excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />RESOLUTION — RECOVERY OF ABATEMENT COSTS <br />Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council <br />Member Moore, to adopt Resolution No. 6870 authorizing recovery of <br />abatement costs pursuant to EMC 1.20.090 at 2018 Chestnut Street, <br />Everett, Washington, in the amount of $819.00. <br />193 <br />
