Before a <br /> final approval, it is necessary to obtain a Public Works Permit to insure there are no issues with the sewer easement <br /> running adjacent to the east property line of Parcel 00407801101600. You received a ccpy of the P/W application <br /> form on which the proposed fence should be described in detail . <br /> For reference, a depiction is attached showing the approximate location of the proposed fence we discussed at the <br /> Public Works counter Friday, 4/17/2015. As noted, should the city need to remove the proposed fence for utilities in <br /> the easement or the right of way,you will not be compensated for any loss or damage to the fence. <br /> Hope this is helpful.
