The current owne- of the property will need to make a determination about <br /> restoring, reconstructing, or demolishing all or a portion of the structure, and submit a permit <br /> accordingly. <br /> The permit application and records submitted before the fire will be voided, to include city permit <br /> record numbers BW1211-003 and CW1211-003. <br /> 1. BW1211-003was assigned to the application for a walk-through inspection to obtain a <br /> certificate of occupancy as a cornmercial childcare center. This permit application was <br /> submitted on October 30, 2012. <br /> • There was no historic record of a building permit for a change of occupancy from a single <br /> family residence to a commUcial child care center. <br /> • The corrections letter mailec on November 19, 2012, identified work done on a single family <br /> residence without permits. P new residential permit application was required. <br /> 2. CW1211-003was assigned to the work for a house addition (conversion of the garage to living <br /> space and other alterations without permits). The residence was posted as an unlawful <br /> structure on November 26, 2012.
