The fence shall be in compliance with Everett's Zoning Code Standards and specific fence criteria for the R-1 Zone. <br /> 7. Protect all existing underground utilities during construction. Fence posts shall be at least 2ft away from any underground <br /> utility. Coordinate with the Public Works Inspector prior to installation if there are utilities close by. <br /> 8. Fence shall be located a maximum of 2ft behind existing curb and behind (north of) the existing sewer manhole to <br /> maintain access for the City's crews. <br /> 9. A portion of the fence shall be constructed to be removable so that City forces can gain access for maintenance of <br /> utilities. <br /> 10. Contact the City of Everett Public Works Inspector Randy Allen at 425-339-7403 prior to starting construction and with <br /> all other inspection requests. This fence constructed within the public right-of-way must be removed or relocated at the owner's expense if the City <br /> ever requires use of the right-of-way for municipal purposes. <br /> 12.
