I have mailed them to the Permit Services at 3200 Cedar St. I am not sure what the
process is from there other than plan approval and fees. From what I can tell on the drawings the only thing that
really needs to be done is the R10 perimeter insulation on the slab inspections and permit sign offs. I was told
that it just needed to be trenched to approx I ft deep to insulate the slab with a flashing and have inspections to
finalize that everything else is good. Concern about trenching with weather other stuff can be completed sooner.
So what do we need to agree on? Are you waiting on plans? I have just mailed them so they are not in yet.
Please let me know what you need so we can come to an agreement.
Belinda
On Tue, Dec 1, 2015 at 1:44 PM, Donald Cunningham<DCunninghamc,everettwa.gov> wrote:
Hello Belinda,
I am just checking on the status regarding the identification of necessary corrections and the progress toward
obtaining a building permit. If we can come to an agreement regarding what specific corrections will make the
structure comply with code and a time table during which the work will be completed, inspected and receive
final approval—I will have a Stipulated Order Prepared for your signature and mine—to present at the
December 17th Hearing.
If we cannot reach an agreement on these issues prior to the hearing, the Hearing Examiner will likely issue an
Order similar to the Proposed Order in the documents you received on November 12th.
Please let me know where things are at.
Thanks!
Don C
i
lz
