Structural Design Associates <br /> 1 � l <br /> Engineering Structures to Lost DL <br /> February 23. 2015 <br /> Club Broadway <br /> Attn: Allen Hemmat /A3! <br /> 1611 Everett.Ave fZ-! f� <br /> Everett, WA 98201 00 A <br /> Subject: Site Visit at 1611 Everett Ave, Everett, WA 98201 <br /> SDA Project# 7476 �o <br /> Dear Allen, <br /> At your request,this office visited the subject site do determine if any structural members were affected by the <br /> wood deterioration of the facia, soffit, or corbals, resulting from the leaking gutters. <br /> No structural members were deteriorated from the leaking gutters, (see photo's 1 & 2). <br /> The bottom flat soffit 2x4 framing member shown in the attached photos has deteriorated at several locations, <br /> and must be replaced. <br /> Structural 2x members have been cut, approximately 12,to provide a walkway adjacent to the soffits, where the <br /> attached pictures were taken. The cut members form the bottom leg of a triangle, and delivers compression from <br /> the large overhang back to the building.
