sA <br /> R ' <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4208 <br /> A RESOLUTION of the City of Everett, Washington, <br /> declaring its intention to order the construction <br /> of standard street improvements on Evergreen <br /> Way from 108th Street SW to 112th Street <br /> SW,and to create a local improvement District <br /> No. 734, to assess a part of the cost and expense <br /> of carrying out those improvements against the <br /> properties specially benefited thereby, and <br /> notifying all persons who desire to object to the <br /> improvements to appear and present their <br /> objections at a hearing before the City Council to <br /> be held on January 3, 1996, and repealing <br /> Resolution No. 4196 <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT, <br /> Section 1: <br /> It is the intention of the City Council of the City of Everett, Washington to order the <br /> improvement of the properties within the area described in Exhibit A, attached hereto <br /> and by this reference made a part hereof, by the construction of standard street <br /> improvements on Evergreen Way from 108th Street SW to 112th Street SW and 112th <br /> Street SW as further described in Exhibit B attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein. <br /> All of the foregoing improvements shall be in accordance with the plans and <br /> specifications therefore prepared by the City Engineer and may be modified by the City <br /> as long as that modification does not affect the purpose of the improvements. <br /> Section 2: <br /> The total estimated cost and expense of the improvements is declared to be <br /> $545,450.00. It is anticipated that approximately $293,000 of that cost and expense <br /> shall be paid by the City and from anticipated state grants and the balance thereof shall <br /> be borne by and assessed against the property specially benefited by the improvements <br /> in the area to be known as Local Improvements District No. 734. Actual assessments <br /> may vary from estimated assessments as long as they do not exceed a figure equal to <br /> the increased true and fair value the improvements add to the property. <br />
