sA R ' RESOLUTION NO. 4208 A RESOLUTION of the City of Everett, Washington, declaring its intention to order the construction of standard street improvements on Evergreen Way from 108th Street SW to 112th Street SW,and to create a local improvement District No. 734, to assess a part of the cost and expense of carrying out those improvements against the properties specially benefited thereby, and notifying all persons who desire to object to the improvements to appear and present their objections at a hearing before the City Council to be held on January 3, 1996, and repealing Resolution No. 4196 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF EVERETT, Section 1: It is the intention of the City Council of the City of Everett, Washington to order the improvement of the properties within the area described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, by the construction of standard street improvements on Evergreen Way from 108th Street SW to 112th Street SW and 112th Street SW as further described in Exhibit B attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. All of the foregoing improvements shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore prepared by the City Engineer and may be modified by the City as long as that modification does not affect the purpose of the improvements. Section 2: The total estimated cost and expense of the improvements is declared to be $545,450.00. It is anticipated that approximately $293,000 of that cost and expense shall be paid by the City and from anticipated state grants and the balance thereof shall be borne by and assessed against the property specially benefited by the improvements in the area to be known as Local Improvements District No. 734. Actual assessments may vary from estimated assessments as long as they do not exceed a figure equal to the increased true and fair value the improvements add to the property.
