A <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4199 <br /> A RESOLUTION of the City of Everett, Washington, <br /> fixing a time and place for hearing on the final <br /> assessment roll for Local Improvement District <br /> No. 732A, and directing that notice thereof be <br /> given in the manner required by law. <br /> WHEREAS, the final assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 732A, which <br /> was created and established by Ordinance No. 2042-95 passed by the City Council on <br /> February 22, 1995, has been prepared as provided by law and is on file with the City <br /> Clerk, and it is necessary to fix the date for a hearing thereon before the City Council; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT, that the public hearing on the final assessment roll for Local <br /> Improvement District No. 732A will be held before the City Council at 8:30 a.m., <br /> local time, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, 3002 Wetmore, Everett, <br /> Washington on January 3, 1996.
