Viter <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4195 144.0 <br /> . , `y4y <br /> A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Everett, <br /> Washington, declaring its intention to order the <br /> construction of standard street improvements on <br /> Evergreen Way from Ttereve Drive to <br /> approximately 600 feet North of Peck's Drive and <br /> adjoining side streets and to create a local <br /> improvement district to be known as Local <br /> Improvement District No. 733, to assess a part of <br /> the cost and expense of carrying out those <br /> improvements against the properties specially <br /> benefited thereby, and notifying all persons who <br /> desire to object to the improvements to appear and <br /> present their objections at a hearing before the City <br /> Council to be held on March 13, 1996. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF EVERETT, <br /> Section 1: <br /> It is the intention of the City Council of the City of Everett, Washington, to order the <br /> improvement of the properties within the area described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and by <br /> this reference made a part hereof, by the construction of standard street improvements on <br /> Evergreen Way from Ttereve Drive to approximately 600 feet North of Peck's Drive and <br /> adjoining side streets as further described in Exhibit B attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein. <br /> All of the foregoing improvements shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications <br /> therefor prepared by the City Engineer and may be modified by the City as long as that <br /> modification does not affect the purpose of the improvements. <br /> Section 2: <br /> The total estimated cost and expense of the improvements is declared to be $1,134,700. It is <br /> anticipated that approximately $843,840 of that cost and expense shall be paid by the City and <br /> from anticipated state grants and the balance thereof shall be borne by and assessed against the <br /> property specially benefited by the improvements in the area to be known as Local Improvement <br /> District No. 733. Actual assessments may vary from estimated assessments as long as they do <br /> not exceed a figure equal to the increased true and fair value the improvements add to the <br /> property. <br /> 0210617.02 <br />
