EXHIBIT "B" <br /> LID No. 733 <br /> Evergreen Way Street Improvement <br /> Ttereve Dr to Pecks Dr. <br /> Evergreen Way- <br /> A seven-lane standard street improvement, as adopted by the Everett City Council on <br /> April 12, 1978. Said standard Street improvement is to include pavement widening with <br /> curb, gutter and sidewalks, and on-street public parking facilities in locations to be <br /> determined in the plans and specifications to be prepared by the City Engineer. The on- <br /> street public parking facilities shall be adjacent to the standard improvement. <br /> Lake Street - <br /> Widen to 26 foot pavement with curb, gutter, and sidewalks on North and South sides to <br /> Rainier Dr. <br /> Berkshire Drive - <br /> Widen to 26 foot pavement with curb, gutter, and sidewalks on North side to a depth of <br /> approximately 270 feet. <br /> Pecks Drive - <br /> Improvements previously installed (may require minor adjustments). <br /> and, in addition to the improvements described above; all necessary appurtenances as <br /> determined by the City Engineer to include, but not limited to, storm drainage, <br /> landscaping, and traffic signal improvements. <br />
