Alp <br /> gz5 ::1 <br /> Ei ` `TT <br /> ,, <br /> Resolution No. 4176 <br /> A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> approving the shoreline Substantial Development Permit <br /> to allow placement of approximately 300, 000 cubic yards <br /> of clean fill material on the former Simpson Paper <br /> Company site. <br /> WHEREAS, application was made on June 14, 1995, by the City <br /> of Everett Public Works Department for a Shoreline <br /> Substantial Development Permit (SMA #5-95) , and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning <br /> Commission on August 15, 1995, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made findings, conclusions, <br /> and recommendations, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a public meeting on this <br /> matter on September 30, 1995, and <br /> WHEREAS, the possibility has arisen since the September 30, <br /> 1995 City Council meeting to obtain dredge materials to <br /> hydraulically fill the subject property. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Everett City Council <br /> hereby adopts said Planning Commission recommendation as <br /> amended by City Council to include the hydraulic fill of <br /> this property and grants the Shoreline Substantial <br /> Development Permit (SMA #5-95) . <br /> 1 I <br /> \\,_ J®, , I2 <br /> Councilman Introfcajkvyi <br /> ucing (R=so • ion <br /> Passed and Approved this 4th day of October , 1995. <br /> L. <br /> C. -ncil Pr sident <br />
