' i tea:=. a dmiwin RESOLUTION NO. 4/51 A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Everett, initiating and expressing intent to establish a downtown Business Improvement Area (BIA), pursuant to RCW 35.87A.040, and setting a public hearing before the City Council on the 20th day of September, 1995, at 7:00 p. m. WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of petitions signed by property owners in the downtown area of Everett, requesting the City Council establish a Business Improvement Area, pursuant to RCW 35.87A; and WHEREAS, the City Council is willing to initiate and declare its intentions to establish such Business Improvement Area and set a time for public hearing thereon, all as herein below more specifically set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT Section 1: That it is the intention of the Everett City Council to establish a Business Improvement Area, as authorized by RCW Chapter 35.87A, in the downtown area of the City of Everett within the following described boundaries: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Pacific Avenue and the centerline of the alley west of Hoyt Avenue, thence north along the centerline of the alley west of Hoyt Avenue to the intersection of the center line of Everett Avenue, thence east along the centerline of Everett Avenue to the intersection of the centerline of the alley west of Colby . Avenue, thence north along the centerline of the alley west of Colby Avenue to the centerline of 26th Street, thence east along the centerline of 26th Street to the intersection of the centerline of the alley east of Wetmore Avenue, thence south along the centerline of the alley east of Wetmore Avenue to the intersection of the centerline of Pacific Avenue, thence west along the centerline of Pacific Avenue to the point of beginning.
