74017ETT <br /> RESOLUTION 4144 <br /> A RESOLUTION establishing Human Needs Priorities for 1996 <br /> WHEREAS, the mission of the Human Needs Advisory Committee is to assess <br /> annually the human needs in the City of Everett, to prioritize those needs, and to <br /> recommend to the Council both priorities and funding assistance to those qualified <br /> programs inside the City of Everett meeting those needs: and <br /> WHEREAS, the Human Needs Advisory Committee recommends that the <br /> following priority list be adopted to guide allocations of funds for 1996: <br /> 1. YOUTH <br /> a) Counseling/Guidance <br /> b) Medical/Dental Assistance <br /> c) Shelter/Food <br /> d) Substance Abuse <br /> e) Pregnancy Prevention <br /> f) Abuse/Neglect <br /> 2. ELDERLY <br /> a) Shelter/Food <br /> b) Medical/Dental Assistance <br /> c) Counseling/Guidance <br /> d) Abuse/Neglect <br /> 3.
