I <br /> all°1A"A <br /> NOTICE OF ALTERATION/REVISION OFEL/ERETT <br /> CITY OF EVERETT SUBDIVISION <br /> POWDER MILL HIGHLANDS DIVISION #2 <br /> SUBDIVISION ALTERATION #2-95 <br /> The following is an alteration/revision to the Native Growth Protection <br /> Easement Restriction for Lots 60 through 70, and Lots 78 through 83 of City of <br /> Everett Subdivision #4-89, Powder Mill Highlands Division No. 2, as recorded on <br /> September 31, 1992, at forty-one minutes past nine a.m. in volume 54 of plats, <br /> pages 172 through 174, Records of Snohomish County, Washington, Recording <br /> No. 9212315001. <br /> The language pertaining to use of the 80 foot Native Growth Protection <br /> Easement Area on the above mentioned lots is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> NATIVE VEGETATIVE BUFFER FOR LOTS 60 THROUGH 70 AND 78 <br /> THROUGH 83: The Native Vegetative Buffer of evergreen conifers and <br /> native plantings with a width of 80 feet is to provide for visual and aural <br /> buffering between Lots 60 through 70 and 78 through 83 of Powder Mill <br /> Highlands Division No. 2 and Kenilworth Hills Division No. 5 Lots 1 <br /> through 10 and 13 through 18. Removal of native conifers will be limited <br /> to dead, diseased, or hazardous trees. Structures (including decks, <br /> patios, outbuildings, or overhangs beyond eighteen inches) are prohibited <br /> within the Native Vegetative Buffer. Individual lot lines may be fenced by <br /> property owners. All fences shall be subject to the requirements of the <br /> City's Zoning Code related to height and materials. <br /> The City Clerk of the City of Everett is hereby instructed to file a duly <br /> certified copy of this Revision with the a ched Resolution Approving this <br /> Subdivision Alteration, Resolution Noll/ta7 , with the Auditor of Snohomish <br /> County, Washington. <br />
