iglorled <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4132 <br /> A RESOLUTION segregating the Local Improvement <br /> Assessment for LID No. 707 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property known <br /> as Treasurer's Account No(s). 0050 in LID Roll No. 707 to segregate the assessment of <br /> said Treasurer's Account No(s). 0050 into separate assessments; and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to provide <br /> adequate security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable against the <br /> undivided parcel of property; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance <br /> No. 1072-84, provide a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID into smaller <br /> parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett to segregate <br /> said Treasurer's Account No(s).0050 into the separate parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74, as amended by <br /> Ordinance No. 1072-84, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee for the <br /> segregation ordered herein. <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation on the original Assessment <br /> Roll No. 707. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on the same basis as the <br /> original assessment was levied. <br /> Section 3: <br /> That the total of the segregated parts of the original assessments shall equal the <br /> assessment before segregation. <br />
