� f PROPOSED VACATION OF PORTION OF 105TH STREET SOUTHEAST: All that portion of Lot 8, Block 2, Silver Lake Garden Tracts, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 8 of Plats, page 17, records of Snohomish County, Washington, conveyed to the City of Everett by Statutory Warranty Deed under Auditor's File No. 8810180400 and a portion of 105th Street Southeast as dedicated to the public on said plat of Silver Lake Garden Tracts, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 5, Block 2 of said plat of Silver Lake Garden Tracts; THENCE North 010.30' 29" East, along the Northerly extension of the East line of said Lot 5, a distance of 40.00 feet to the South line of Block 1 of said plat of Silver Lake Garden Tracts; THENCE North 88° 16' 42" West, along said South line of Block 1, a distance of 622.19 feet to the Easterly right-of-way line of Primary State Highway No. 1 (State Route 5), according to that certain Right-of-Way map on file in the office of the Director of Highways at Olympia, Washington, titled "Primary State Highway No. 1 (SR 5), Swamp Creek to Jct.
