We can provide a seller for an extra $75. <br /> • The Historic Everett Theatre retains the right to serve all food, drink and alcoholic beverages. <br /> • No outside food or drink is allowed into The Historic Everett Theatre. <br /> ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES <br /> As the renter,you can decide whether or not you want alcohol served at your event. If alcohol is to be <br /> served Theatre takes any and all profit from sale of the alcohol whether you provide a licensed pourer or <br /> not. Pourers may keep their tips. <br /> It is the responsibility of the User to obey all applicable laws, including but not limited to prohibition of <br /> sales to minors and intoxicated persons. All WA State Alcoholic Beverage Commission All laws must be <br /> followed while on the premises.Alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed WA bartender. <br /> Please note: at this time Washington State Liquor Control Board does not allow alcoholic beverages in a <br /> darkened theatre. This may change in the near future. <br /> Any person under the age of 21 will not be served alcohol under any circumstances. Valid identification <br /> is required for guests of a questionable age. Alcohol-only events will not be permitted on the HET <br /> property. No alcoholic beverages may be brought in or taken out of the premises by a User or guest. All <br /> service staff is required by law to refuse service to any guest who appears to be intoxicated. By signing <br /> this agreement, User acknowledges that HET is not liable for persons consuming alcoholic beverages. <br /> • There is no smoking allowed in the building(theater, lobby, bathrooms,stage,etc...) <br /> • Any expenses incurred by The Historic Everett Theatre for catering, advertising, backline, <br /> barricade, passes, towels, risers, extra staffing, etc. will be added to the rental bill. <br /> • The Historic Everett Theatre production manager is Brian Olson. All production questions, day <br /> of show arrangements, scheduling, etc. must be set up through Brian. He can be <br /> reached at 206-852-6992. <br /> • No open flame of any kind is allowed on the stage or anywhere in The Historic Everett Theatre. <br /> • There will be an additional $200.00 cleaning charge for any show using confetti or any other substance <br /> like confetti. <br /> • The Historic Everett Theatre requires prior approval for all decorations and banners. <br /> SECURITY AND SAFETY <br />
