Meeting Date: January 19, 2017. <br /> 2. Meeting Time: 10:30 a.m., local time. <br /> 3. Location: WFP Operations Building, 6133 Lake Chaplain Road, Monroe,WA 98272. <br /> B. Attendance: <br /> 1. Prime Bidders: Attendance at a Prebid meeting is mandatory. <br /> a. Bidders attendance and signing in at the October 19, 2016 Prebid Meeting will <br /> satisfy this requirement. Those bidders are listed in 1.4.A.3, Document 001113 — <br /> Advertisement for Bids. <br /> 2. Subcontractors: Attendance at Prebid meeting is recommended. <br /> 3. Notice: Bids will only be accepted from prime bidders attending a Prebid Meeting and <br /> represented on Prebid Meeting sign-in sheet. <br /> a. Bids received from prime bidders not attending a Prebid Meeting will be found <br /> non-responsive and their bid will be rejected. <br /> C. Bidder Questions: Submit written questions to be addressed at Prebid meeting minimum of two <br /> business days prior to meeting. <br /> D. Agenda: Prebid meeting agenda will include review of topics that may affect proper preparation <br /> and submittal of bids, including the following: <br /> 1.
