The Bidder shall complete the Debarment, Suspension,Ineligibility or Voluntary <br /> Exclusion Certification Form at the end of this Document and submit it with <br /> Contractor's Bid Proposal. <br /> B. Subcontractors <br /> 1. Criterion. <br /> a. All Subcontractors shall not be currently debarred or suspended by the Federal. <br /> Government. <br /> 2. Documentation. <br /> a. The Contractor shall require all Subcontractors to complete the Debarment,Suspension, <br /> Ineligibility or Voluntary Exclusion Certification FS=at the end of this Document and <br /> submit thecompleted form to the City within 14 calendar days after receipt of Notice of <br /> Award. <br /> 3. Verification. <br /> a. Allow the City seven calendar days to verify and approve or disapprove of a <br /> Subcontractor on the basis of Federal Debarment <br /> b.
