Trinity Lutheran <br /> College acquired the property in 2008. <br /> The initial term of the lease was for three years,with an option to extend the term for three additional <br /> one-year periods. <br /> This proposed First Amendment to the Lease would exercise the City's first option to extend the lease from <br /> December 1, 2009 to November 30, 2010, at the same monthly rental rate. <br /> - RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to execute the First Amendment to Lease with Trinity Lutheran College for Municipal <br /> Court Probation space at 2802 Wetmore Avenue. <br /> 7 <br />
