Special Service Vehicles. <br /> 1. As a requirement of licensing, a schedule of rates to be charged by <br /> the applicant for a special service vehicle shall be established by <br /> the applicant and filed with the city clerk. <br /> 2. Before putting into effect changed rates a licensee must file the <br /> new schedule with the city clerk at least fifteen days in advance. If <br /> the new rate requires adjustment of the taximeter, the licensee may <br /> not use the new rate until the adjustment has been made and the <br /> meter resealed by the city or its agent.The licensee must withdraw <br /> any advertisement of the previous rates before using new rates. <br /> 6 <br /> 115 <br />
