The Memorandum of Agreement will enable Everett Transit vehicles to provide bus service onto <br /> Naval Station-Everett for the first time since September 11, 2001. In addition, this agreement provides <br /> designated parking stalls at Naval Support Complex-Smokey Point for use by the general public and military <br /> personnel who desire to access the bus service. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of Agreement between Commander,Navy Region Northwest <br /> and the City of Everett for Transit Service. <br /> 61 <br />
