Each party shall review this agreement on an annual <br /> basis to evaluate its effectiveness and determine if any <br /> modifications are needed. <br /> b. Requests by either party to revise or modify this <br /> agreement will be forwarded by written notice to the other party <br /> in a timely manner, so that both parties agree to the proposed <br /> change at least thirty (30) days prior to its effective date, <br /> unless mutually agreeable . <br /> c . Notification of intention by any party to terminate the <br /> agreement will be forwarded by written notice to the other party <br /> at least one hundred and eighty (180) days in advance of the <br /> proposed termination date, unless otherwise mutually agreed. <br /> Termination by either party shall not provide a basis for any <br /> claim by a party to this MOA against the other party to this <br /> MOA. <br /> 8 <br /> N68742-20090702-0139 69 <br />
