This Agreement extends that partnership through <br /> December 31, 2010. Clothes washer rebates are major component of our annual regional water conservation <br /> goals with the Washington State Department of Health and operating a joint program with the PUD is the <br /> most cost-effective delivery option. The program budget is based on 5,000 projected rebates in 2010. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the WashWise Rebate Program Agreement between Public Utility District#1 of <br /> Snohomish County and the City of Everett in the amount of$341,650. <br /> 73 <br />
