Three dike breaches were completed in <br /> October of 2007, allowing tidal waters to enter the restoration site. Jones and Stokes will provide Year 3 <br /> monitoring services for the restoration site, as required during the permitting of the project. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Jones and Stokes for the Smith <br /> Island/Union Slough Restoration Site Monitoring Services in the sum of$142,405.00. <br /> 25 <br />
