All but four have had control projects to <br /> reduce overflow events. The City submitted plans and specifications for the Bond Street CSO Control <br /> Facilities in December 2008. The Washington State Department of Ecology approved the plans and <br /> specifications. In 2009,the total estimated cost for this project was$23 million. The City was offered a$6.2 <br /> million State Revolving Fund loan to begin construction on this project. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Washington State Revolving Fund Loan Agreement between the State of <br /> Washington Department of Ecology and the City of Everett for the Bond Street Combined Sewer Overflow <br /> Control Facilities in the amount of$6,249,652.00. <br /> 45 <br />
