Besides extending the <br /> Agreement, authorizing this amendment will change the scope of services, with emphasis on federal <br /> legislation, funding,regulatory, and military matters. Key issues include fiscal matters,transportation, <br /> freight mobility, and transit; economic development and infrastructure stimulus funding; law enforcement; <br /> utilities and water resources; climate change; defense; ARRA funding,the FY2011 federal discretionary <br /> funding requests, and the SAFETEA-LU transportation act reauthorization.
