Our services included providing onsite <br /> observations and testing on a part-fime from January 14 to February 17, 2015. Our <br /> representatives made three site visits to observe building foundation subgrade and test building <br /> slab backfill. ' <br /> Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for support <br /> of the proposed structure. <br /> Our representative conducted four field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test ' <br /> Designation D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). One representative soil sample was returned to <br /> our laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content in ' <br /> accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Procfor).
