No. 2708 <br /> EVERGREEN WAY <br /> A seven-lane standard street improvement, as adopted by the Everett City Council on April 12, <br /> 1978. Said standard improvement to include pavement widening with curb, gutter, and <br /> sidewalks, and on-street parking facilities in locations to be determined in the plans and <br /> specifications to be prepared by the City Engineer and located between SR 526 and Madison <br /> Street on the West side, and between SR 526 and Ttereve Drive on the East side. The on- <br /> street parking facilities shall be adjacent to the standard improvement. <br /> TTEREVE DRIVE <br /> Widen to 36 foot pavement with curb, gutter, and sidewalk on the south side from Evergreen <br /> Way east approximately 200 feet <br /> 75th STREET <br /> Widen to 32.5 foot pavement with curb, gutter, and sidewalk on north side from Evergreen <br /> Way west approximately 125 feet <br /> 79th STREET <br /> Widen to 47 foot pavement with curb,gutter, and sidewalk on north side from Evergreen Way <br /> west to Beverly Lane <br /> MISCELLANEOUS IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Appurtenant storm drainage modifications, signal system enhancements, and required <br /> landscaping throughout the project area, as approved by the City Engineer <br /> 6 <br /> J <br />
