,011P,s, <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4038 <br /> A RESOLUTION segregating the Local Improvement Assessment for LID <br /> No. 726S. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property known as <br /> Treasurer's Account No(s). 0051 in LID Roll No. 726S to segregate the assessment of said <br /> Treasurer's Account No(s). 0051 into separate assessments; and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to provide adequate <br /> security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable against the undivided parcel of property; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, <br /> provide a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID into smaller parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett to segregate said <br /> Treasurer's Account No(s). 0051 into the separate parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74, as amended by Ordinance <br /> No. 1072-84, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee for the segregation ordered herein. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation on the original Assessment Roll No. <br /> 726S. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on the same basis as the original assessment <br /> was levied. <br /> Section 3: <br /> That the total of the segregated parts of the original assessments shall equal the assessment before <br /> segregation. <br />
