,a <br /> "Vm." <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4032 EYE?ETT <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WITHDRAWAL OF THE APPEAL OF <br /> DENNIS AND SUZANNE ANDERSON APPEAL #5-94 <br /> WHEREAS, Dennis and Suzanne Anderson filed an appeal of the City of <br /> Everett's decision relating to issuance of preliminary approval for a 9 lot short <br /> subdivision (SS #7-94) and issuance of MDNS #19-94; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett Land Use Hearing Examiner did hold a <br /> public hearing on September 1, 1994; and <br /> WHEREAS, on September 15, 1994, the Hearing Examiner issued written <br /> findings and recommendations to the Everett City Council, recommending that <br /> both appeals be denied; and <br /> WHEREAS, the appellants Dennis and Suzanne Anderson and the <br /> applicant Bob Prehall reached an agreement resulting in withdrawal of the <br /> appeal, as evidenced by Exhibit A attached hereto; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT that the appeal of Dennis and Suzanne Anderson is <br /> withdrawn and the decisions of the City relating to the SEPA determination and <br /> Preliminary Short Subdivision Approval are reinstated. <br /> ounci •erson Introd•cing Resolution <br /> Passed and Approved this 7th day of December, 1994 <br /> Council President <br />
