Lot 9 and 10, Block 774, Plat of Everett, Division H according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 4 of Plats, on page 50, records of Snohomish County, State of Washington. Situate in the County of Snohomish, State of Washington, City of Everett. Section 2: That the above-described property is hereby declared to be substandard as is defined in the Uniform Housing Code. Section 3: That the above-described property is hereby declared to be dangerous as defined in the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. Section 4: That the Building Official is hereby authorized to have the building demolished and cleared from said premises. Section 5: That all expenses incurred by the City as a result of said demolition work shall be made a personal obligation of the property owner or an assessment against the property, in which case the City of Everett shall ask the County Treasurer to enter the amount of the assessment upon the tax rolls against the property and collect the same with regular property taxes and with interest at such rate as provided for in RCW 84.56.020. Section 6: Provided the building is secured, the city will not commence with demolition until the lapse of 60 days from the passage of this Resolution.
