Lot 2, Olivia Park, Division No. 1, as per plat recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, on <br /> page 13, records of Snohomish County, State of Washington. <br /> Situate in the County of Snohomish, State of Washington, City of Everett. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the above-described property is hereby declared to be substandard as is defined in the <br /> Uniform Housing Code. <br /> Section 3: <br /> That the above-described property is hereby declared to be dangerous as defined in the <br /> Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. <br /> Section 4: <br /> That the Building Official is hereby authorized to have the buildings demolished and cleared <br /> from said premises. <br /> Section 5: <br /> That all expenses incurred by the City as a result of said demolition work shall be made a <br /> personal obligation of the property owners or an assessment against the property, in which case <br /> the City of Everett shall ask the County Treasurer to enter the amount of the assessment upon <br /> the tax rolls against the property and collect the same with regular property taxes and with <br /> interest at such rate as provided for in RCW 84.56.020. <br /> Section 6: <br /> Provided the building is secured, the city will not commence with demolition until the lapse of <br /> 120 days from the passage of this Resolution.
