d) In the event two identical bids are received, the successful bid shall be <br /> deemed to be the one received first in time; and <br /> e) Upon City of Everett property conveyance, should the new property <br /> owner desire to terminate the existing tenancy, said owner shall give the <br /> tenant a minimum of 90 clays notice to vacate; and <br /> f) The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
