City of Everett <br />June 26, 2015 Project No. 150135-2 <br />Week 3 (W/E August 14): The City approves our Work Plan, issues a Street Use Permit, and <br />approved Traffic Control Plan. Assumes the City turns this around within I week. <br />Week 4 (W/IE August 21): Our field exploration is complete. The field work will be completed in a <br />single day. <br />Week 5 (W/E August 28): Aspect will provide the City with a written summary of conditions <br />encountered in the cores/borings. <br />Week 6 (W/E September 4): Geotechnical laboratory testing is complete, geotechnical analyses <br />are performed, and our Draft Geotechnical Report is prepared and submitted by Friday, September <br />4. <br />Week 7 (W/E September I1): the City provides review comments on the Draft Geotechnical <br />Report. Assumes the City turns this around within 1 week. <br />Week 8 (W/E September 18): Comments are addressed and our Final Report is submitted on or <br />before Friday September 18. <br />Contract Terms and Conditions <br />We are prepared to contract with the City of Everett using your standard consulting services <br />agreement. <br />Closure <br />We appreciate and thank you for the opportunity to provide this proposal for geotechnical <br />engineering support.
