The Aspect project manager <br />may also transfer funds allocated for direct costs to professional/technical hours and vice versa, as appropriate. <br />2. Site access permissions, street use pemvts, and traffic control approvals required for exploration win be provided by the City at no cost to Aspect <br />3. If older pavment materials are encountered below the asphalt wearing surface, which cannot be penetrated by borrow stem auger, it will be necessary to employ a concrete coring <br />specialty contractor. This would be covered by contingency. <br />4. This work scope excludes evaluation of potential presence or absence of contaminated or hazardous materials in soil or groundiyater. Hydrocarbon -impacted materials are known <br />to exist along the west side of the BNSF tracks. <br />5.
