Should the <br /> preaent permit be allowed to expire it would be necessary for you to <br /> obtain a new nermit before we could issue a Certificate of Occupancy <br /> which would ellow the structure to be leaally occupied. I <br /> Thare are only e few itemu that need to be addreesed before we could � <br /> give finnl approval on the current permit.
