Please provide rovised restroom plan to show compliance with the UBC accessibiliry <br /> requiremenu. (Chapter 11) <br /> 2. Please provide atairway details i.e., rise and run, handrail. Also, the stairway as <br /> shown, does not comply with the UBC lending requirements of Sections 1004.9 and <br /> 1006. Since the attic is uninsulated, and by the appearance uf the plan, a door will be <br /> installed at the bottom. Section 1004.9 requires a landing between the bottom of the <br /> stairs and the door. Section 1006 das not allow for winding stairways in non- <br /> residential occupancies. <br /> 3. Plans should indicate safery glass at windows within 24" of the door jams. <br /> 4. Please provide posdbeam and post base details. Pad footings may be required. <br /> 5. Please provide a roof framing plan. The uvss layout and configurations are required <br /> prior to the issuance of a permit. Truss sapport and hold down details will also be <br /> required. <br /> 6.
