To date, the Healdi District hus recoived no pinns, applicutions, or fees for this proposed facility. At this time, i would like to point out the procedure which should tnke pis�ce prior to upening any new food service estublishment in Snohomish county which is under the jurisdiction of the Snohomish Health Disuict Plans and specitications, commissary letter, (if applicable), plun review applicadon, and plan review fees must be submitted to SHD for approvul prior to commencement of construction. After constcuction is comple..,d, a preoperational inspectlon is conducted. Finally, the operadon pemtit application :uid fee must be submitted to SHD prior to opening, if not previously submitted.
