These comments <br /> address building issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments <br /> (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1994 Unifortn Building Code, as <br /> amended by the State of Washin�ton an�/or Washington State Energy Code 1995 Edition, unless stated <br /> othenvise. <br /> l. The plans submitted have not been updated to the curtent Unifortn Building Code. All code <br /> references shall be for the 1994 Uniform Building Code (UBC). <br /> 2. The plans as submitted do not meet the prescnptive requirements of Section 2326.11.3 of the <br /> UBC for braced wall lines. Also see Tnble 23-I-W. <br /> 3. Specify all post/beam, beam/beam and posdfooting connections. <br /> 4. Specify on plans which whole house ventilation system is used. <br /> 5. Outdoor air is required to be supplied to all habitable rooms for all whole house systems.
