(9) Authorize the Mayor to sign Contract Amendment #1 to the SECTOR Service Level Agreement with the Washington State Patrol. (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with Carollo Engineers for the Water Pollution Control Facility Phase C expansion to extend completion of the work to March 31, 2016, at no additional cost. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interagency Grant Agreement with the Washington State Department of Commerce grant funding in the amount of $500,000.00. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Triangle Associates, Inc. to provide environmental classroom presentations in the Everett Water Service Area in the amount of $131,100.00.
