Everett Municipal Code further establishes that all properties within 150 feet of an <br /> available put�lic sanitary sewer, who fail to connect after notice by the City, shall pay to <br /> thc: Ci"y an amount equal to the sewer service charges established for other users of <br /> like kmd. All rates and charges so paid shall be credited toward the sewer connection <br /> chargc:s applicable at such time as 1he property is connected. It is the City's intent to <br /> begin the aF�plicable monthly sewer service charge, currently $38.40 per month for a <br /> single fnmily residen�:e, if this charge Fia� not al�e3dy been started. <br /> A sewer connection to the City of EveretYs public sewer system requires payment of <br /> various fees. These connection fees vary by home size, commercial type, and <br /> outst.3nding area bond and/or latecomer c��arges. Th�s letter is intended for the current <br /> owner of the listed property.
