Maple Leaf Mobile Home Park <br /> SPu 15-83 <br /> Page -2- <br /> The request for modification was submitted to thE� £verett <br /> Planning Department. The Everett Planning Department suUmitted <br /> that they had no objections with the reduction of the <br /> separation requirement. The Department of Public Works of khe <br /> City of Evetett stated that they "see no problem with eight <br /> feet or nine feet between decks or appurtenant structures" . <br /> Y�he Everett Euilding Department submitted "o, k. re Public Works <br /> - no impact" , No opposition was submitted to the request. <br /> Therefore, based upen the nature of the request by the <br /> applicant and the lack of oppoeition by the respective <br /> departments of the City of Everett, it is hereby ordered that <br /> Condition #34 is herety modified and that an eight foot <br /> separation requirement between accessory structures is cequirEd <br /> for the lots within the plat. Accordingly, Condition #�4 is <br /> modified to read as follows: <br /> 34. There is to be a minimum of an eight <br /> foot separation between structures, <br /> including accessory structures and <br /> mobile homes, oii contiguous lots. <br /> Separation between mobile homes shall <br /> not be less than 15 feet unless the <br /> interior of the exterior walls of the <br /> mobile home are constructe� with not <br /> less than 1/2 inch gypsum wallboard . <br /> _Tf that situation occurs , the <br /> separation between the m<,bile homes <br /> shall not be less than eiah� feet.
