The Everett Planning De�actment submitted <br /> that they had no objections with the reduction of the <br /> separation requicement. The Department of Public k'orks of the <br /> City of Everett stated that they "see no problem with eight <br /> feet or nine feet between decks or appurtenant structures" . <br /> The Everett Building Gepartment submitted "o .k . te Public Works <br /> - no impact" . r'o opposition was submitted to the request. <br /> Therefore , based upun the nature of the request by the <br /> applicant and the lack of opposition by the respective <br /> departments of the City of Everett, it is hereby ordered that <br /> Condition #34 is hereby modified and that an eight foot <br /> sep3ration requirement between accessory structures is required <br /> for the lots within the plat. Accordingly, Condition N34 is <br /> modified to read as follows: <br /> 34. There is to be a minimum of an eight <br /> foot separation between structures , <br /> including accessory structures and <br /> mobile homes, un cont:guous lots. <br /> Separation between mobilc homes shall <br /> not be less than 15 fee� unlesa the <br /> interior of the exterior walls of the <br /> mobile home are constructeB with not <br /> less than 1/2 inch gypsum wallboard. <br /> ' If that aituation occurs , the <br /> separation between the mobile homes <br /> shall not be less thzn eiaht feet.
