Everett, WA 98204, re(er to figure 1 (or a vianity map The parcel <br /> area �s approzimately 0 20 acres The parcel is bordered to the north by 100'" St SW, and <br /> the new SFR w�il take access oH of the existing roadway near the middle of the site The <br /> new SFR wtll be located 11•feet west of ihe eastern property line and 20-feet south of the <br /> R O.W <br /> This pro�ect proposes to construct less than 2.500 sf of new impeivious surfaces Since <br /> this parcel is less than 1 acre m size per the COE 2010 stormwater manual the existing <br /> conditions will be modeled as they are in the currenUdeveloped condition. Therefore, <br /> Mlnimum reqwrements 1-5 apply to all ot the new impervious s�r(aces for this pro�ect <br /> along with all the disturbed pervious sur(aces _This proposal does not meet any of the <br /> land-use critena that require specfic source control fer the f nal use and a SWPPP has <br /> be:en prepared to address the runoff from the site during construcUon Refer to Sections 4 <br /> and 5 for a detaded discussion <br /> Figures 2 & 3 are prowded to show the existmg and developed basins and runoN <br /> conditions for this sde The runoH in the existing conddion will spread over the pervious <br /> and impervious surfaces as sheet flow and drain to the east or west where it is ccllected <br /> by shallow swales and conveyed south and off the site. With all oi the site runoft being <br /> collected in the existing stream channel south of the site. The runoff within the roadway is <br /> collected by a conveyance system but the outlall to this system was not located. <br /> The general so�l conditions for this property as mapped by the NCSC weU�soil s�rvey were <br /> found to be Alde�wood-Urban Land Complex type soils However, the site has been <br /> completely graded under a previous permit and it appears fill has been placed over the <br /> majority of the site with all oi the site in a disturbed/compacted conddion Theretore, <br /> dispersion and soil amendments will be used and s¢ed based on the soils found on lhe <br /> site The dramage design has haen laid oul per the COE 2010 Stormwater Management <br /> Manual <br /> Due to lhe size o( this pro�ect only Mirnmum reqwrements 1-5 apply to the proposed <br /> dramage design as noted above Included on the Iollowing page is a copy of the MR flow <br /> charl out oi ihe COE Dramage Manual showmg how the apphcable minimum reqwremenis <br /> were determmed <br /> �••- .,\ <br /> AAa�r 10G�°Lot 7 SFR 1 11�/ <br /> 12-1205�7 / <br /> Dec 2012 Pa9e 3 � LI / <br /> �. � <br />
